West Gate Technology Park—Indiana
The Park consists of the acquisition and development of approximately 330 acres into a technology park to support the local military base and its growth into the 21st century. The development consists of all infrastructure and related support activities needed to develop 29 facilities that will total 880,000 square feet over a ten year build out. The company’s local division worked with federal, state and County officials to implement the long range plan it has established for developing commercial, medical and hospitality related projects.
Fox Valley Medical Campus—Illinois
This development is the acquisition and vertical construction of approximately 15 acres into a medical campus to support the regional hospital and its growth into the outward reaches of its demographic market. The development consists of all infrastructure and road work required to establish approximately 100,000 square feet of medical office facilities over a five year build out. The company worked with the city and hospital officials to implement the long range plan.



Magnolia Bay Club—Florida
The development consisted of 19.85 acres encompassing a new $90 Million complex with 198 condominium units and 64 single-family homes, the project was situated on the waterfront overlooking West Bay. Amenities included waterfront pool and private beach.

Mill Creek Crossing—Florida
Mill Creek Crossing will be comprised of 160 units upon completion, in addition to a pool, clubhouse and children’s playground. The project took shape in four separate and distinct phases; each phase comprised of 40 units. The properties location will afford residents convenient access to the beaches, downtown and local amenities and attractions.

Sunrise Beach Resort—Florida
This deluxe 23-story waterfront resort offers a variety of amenities for all of its families and guests. The resort features two distinct pools that are the closest in proximity to the gulf then any other development in this area. This condominium development consists of one to three bedroom units all of which are gulf front units and conveniently located within walking distance of Pier Park.
