About Scott Johnston

Scott brings to Inception Holdings LLC his experience as a Project Director, VP of Acquisition and Development, construction manager executive, and active project developer.

Since starting Inception Holdings LLC in 2010, he has been responsible for the coordination and implementation of all projects, from acquisition through disposition. His responsibilities include due diligence, site design, engineering, entitlements, financing, construction, marketing, sales, contract negotiations, and closings.

Mr. Johnston has been personally responsible for developing and managing projects in excess of $1,500,000,000 that exceeded 11 million square feet. His residential community development responsibilities were vital for over 6,000 residential lots in 37 separate communities across Central Florida.
